  • 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
  • 2 c. lettuce

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a small container.

    Add m.s.g., if wanted.

    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Tear or cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5
    Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix.
