Ingredients
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 200 ml Water
- 40 grams Sugar
- 5 grams [A] Gelatin powder
- 50 ml Hot water
- 1 Non-dairy creamer or fresh cream
Directions

1Pour water into a pot and heat.

2Add sugar and stir until it's dissolved completely.

3When the sugar is dissolved, soak a strainer in the pot and stir-in the matcha.

4Add gelatin to hot water and dissolve well.

5Pour into a bowl.

6Add melted gelatin and let the bowl rest in ice water.

7Stir as it cools.

8Pour into a container and chill to harden.

9Poke air pockets into the corners of the hardened jello.

10Cut into bite-sizes, and scoop out as you add a modest amount of water.

11Serve.

12Pour non-dairy creamer on top and enjoy.

13It's even better with fresh cream.
