  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • Butterscotch Sauce
