  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ajwain (carom seed)
  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Classico Pesto di Sardegna Sun-Dried Tomato

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Use pulsing action of food processor to process flour, fenugreek, baking powder and ajwain just until blended.

    Add remaining ingredients; pulse just until mixture forms smooth dough.

    Divide dough into 12 pieces.

    Roll each into ball; flatten into 2-inch round.

    Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.

    Let stand 10 min.
