  • 4 onion & poppy matzos
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Directions

    Break matzos into bite-size pieces into bowl.

    Pour warm water over matzos and pour off quickly.

    Press excess water out of matzos.

    Pour egg substitute over matzos, stirring until coated.

    Melt margarine or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Add matzo mixture; cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is set.

    Serve warm.
