- 4 onion & poppy matzos
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1Break matzos into bite-size pieces into bowl.

2Pour warm water over matzos and pour off quickly.

3Press excess water out of matzos.

4Pour egg substitute over matzos, stirring until coated.

5Melt margarine or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

6Add matzo mixture; cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is set.

7Serve warm.
