Maui Potatoes

  • 1 family pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small bunch diced green onions (including tops)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Put potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle mushrooms over potatoes.

    Sprinkle green onions over mushrooms.

    In saucepan melt margarine, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour over potatoes and bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Serves 8 to 10.
