Mayonnaise Cake

Directions

   Stir cake mix and cocoa; add remaining ingredients.

   Beat at medium speed until blended.

   Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 round cake pans.

   Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and frost with favorite icing.
