  • 2 to 3 lb. mahimahi
  • 1 large, round onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Salt and pepper the mahimahi.

    Mix mayonnaise, round onion and parsley flakes.

    Slather on top of the fish.

    Bake in a 350° oven until fish begins to flake.

    Garnish with cilantro.

    Can also be used with salmon.
