Mayonnaise Salad

  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 kosher dill pickles
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas
  • 16 oz. mayonnaise
  • fresh dill (4 branches)

Directions

    Boil potatoes, eggs and carrot for about 20 minutes.

    Take out the carrot 10 minutes earlier.

    After it's ready, remove it from the water and peel potatoes while it's hot.

    Let everything cool off and start cutting the potatoes in small, half-a-bite pieces. The eggs, carrot, pickles and onion should be chopped in small pieces.

    Cut the dill.

    Add mayonnaise and peas and start mixing. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a touch of pepper.
