Directions

Place steak in a long casserole dish.

Season; dot with butter and add Worcestershire sauce.

In layers, add sliced potatoes, onion, carrots, bell pepper and mushrooms.

Cover casserole with foil.

Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until browned.
