Round Rainbow Cake

   I prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box and then divide the batter into 3 different bowls.

   Add food coloring to the different bowls.

   Take the first color and pour half of each color (layer) in the bunt pan then repeat with the other half

   Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide the frosting into three bowls.

   Heat in the microwave for a few seconds so it can pour.

   Stir in food coloring.

   Drizzle the frosting all around the cake in three different stages to create a striping pattern.

   Add a few colored sprinkles

   Put coconut in a bag with your choice of food color and shake up then spread around cake and in the center.
