- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. hot water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage in wedges and place in buttered casserole. Arrange beef, rice and onion between and over wedges.

2Combine tomatoes, water and seasoning.
