- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 onion medium, chopped
- 1 bell pepper medium, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- tater tots
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Pour off liquid from mushrooms, set aside.

3Mix all ingredients into meat, put into baking dish and press.

4Mix golden mushroom soup with liquid from mushrooms.

5Pour this over meat mixture.

6Should be spread completely over meat.

7Cover with Tater Tots.

8Bake in 350 degree oven, covered with foil, for 15-20 minutes.

9Remove foil and finish cooking until Tater Tots are brown.

10Onion, pepper and mushrooms are optional.
