Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and make into balls.

    Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake at 425° for 20 minutes (smells and tastes great).

    You can eat them in anything, but to me they taste great by themselves.
