- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. milk
- 6 qt. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix

2first 4 ingredients well.

3Roll into small balls.

4Bring water and salt to a boil.

5Drop meatballs into water.

6When they float to top, remove and drain.

7Put in crock-pot or loaf pan. Pour over favorite sauce and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
