- 2 lb. ground beef
- 8 slices bread
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. fat or oil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix meat with bread that has been soaked in milk, wrung dry and broken into small bits.

2Add milk and eggs.

3Saute onions in oil until tender.

4Add with seasoning to meat mixture.

5Stir in cheese.

6Form into small balls and roll in flour.

7Saute in oil in which onions were sauteed.

8Fry until slightly browned and drop in Oregon Sauce.

9Cook 1/2 hour

10or until done.
