  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. tomato soup

Directions

    Mix beef, rice, seasoning and eggs.

    Shape into 14 or 15 balls.

    Put into casserole dish.

    Mix soup and water.

    Pour over meat balls.

    Cook at 370° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
