  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Mix well and form into meat balls.

    Bake in oven on broiler pan so grease drips away.

    Bake at 325° until done (cut 1 open to see if center is cooked), about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Cool and freeze or serve with tomato sauce over rice or noodles.
