- 3/4 lb. ground turkey
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mix well and form into meat balls.

2Bake in oven on broiler pan so grease drips away.

3Bake at 325° until done (cut 1 open to see if center is cooked), about 20 to 25 minutes.

4Cool and freeze or serve with tomato sauce over rice or noodles.
