  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and red pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Directions

    Mix and roll into meat balls.

    Heat 3 tablespoons roux, add 2/3 cup water and simmer.
