Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. corn flakes crumbs
  • 1/3 c. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and blend well.

    Form into small meat balls and place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. May be frozen until needed.
