  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix together bread crumbs, dash of garlic, eggs, salt and pepper to taste, chopped onion, ground meat, sauce and cheese. Add milk, just enough to soften. Form into balls.

    Place in baking pan.

    Bake at 350° until slightly brown.

    Put in crock-pot. Do not put any grease in.
