  • 1 or 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Mix hamburger meat, salt and onion and add rice.

    Work up all together.

    Brown in skillet in oil.

    Heat 1 can or more tomato soup until it gets hot.
  5. 5
    Make hamburger into small balls, drop into tomato soup and cook until done.
