- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Brown ground beef; drain fat.

3Cook elbow macaroni until tender.

4Blend tomatoes in blender until all chopped.

5Combine all ingredients (except Cheddar cheese) until well mixed.

6Top with Cheddar cheese and put in ungreased casserole dish with lid.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until Cheddar cheese is melted.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
