- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. Flavor-All seasonings
Directions

1Using your hands, mix all ingredients well.

2Form into balls about the size of a ping-pong ball or smaller.

3Brown in an iron skillet with several tablespoons of cooking oil.

4Drain.

5Add the meat balls to the spaghetti sauce.

6Simmer, uncovered, for 12 minutes or more.

7Serve over hot spaghetti.
