  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

    Make it into balls.

    Mix catsup, chopped onions and vinegar.

    Place meat balls in this mixture and bake 1 hour at 350°.
