Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. crumbled crackers
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • dash of nutmeg (optional)
  • fry in butter and oil (half and half)

    I put the

    crackers and seasoning in the cream.

    Let it soften, then add

    meat

    and mix well.

    This is real soft.

    You might refrigerate, then form small balls.

    Fry.

    As I mixed it together I sprinkled the flour over and mixed it in.
