Ingredients
- 2 lb. white bread
- 1 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/8 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 c. parsley flakes
- 6 lb. hamburger
Directions

1Break bread into pieces in large bowl; cover bread with water and soak well.

2Then squeeze out water until bread is slightly moist.

3In a bowl, mix cheese, eggs, pepper, salt, garlic, parsley and drained bread.

4Add hamburger and mix well.

5Roll in 2-inch balls and place in flat pans, side by side.

6Bake in a preheated oven at 450° until golden brown or until meat ball springs back when you press on top of it, about 20 to 30 minutes.

7Makes 150 meat balls.

8Freezes well.
