  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients well and form into balls. Refrigerate overnight.

    Mix other ingredients well and pour over meat balls.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
