  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 c. crushed crackers
  • onions (as desired)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 8 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Mix first 8 ingredients together and form into balls.

    Mix ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and Worcestershire together and spoon on top of balls.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
