- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bottles chili sauce
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. grape jelly
Directions

1In large bowl, mix beef, eggs, bread crumbs, water, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

2Shape into meat balls.

3Put meat balls on broiler pan; brown slightly on both sides.

4Remove and put into the chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.

5Simmer about 45 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
