  • 1 lb. ground ham or hamburger
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Beat egg.

    Mix with ground meat, crackers and salt.

    Make into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

    Brown little in Crisco. Put balls in casserole dish.

    Mix mushroom soup and milk.

    Pour over meat balls and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
