- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. water chestnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and put 1/4 of the water chestnuts in the middle when you are balling them up.

2Brown meat balls in a skillet.

3Take out and drain.

4Put in a crock-pot and add barbecue sauce.

5Cook on low, about 3 to 5 hours.
