Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) can milk
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke

    Combine all ingredients (mixture will be soft).

    Shape into walnut size balls.

    Place meat balls in a single layer on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.

    Freeze until solid.

    Then put frozen meat balls in freezer bags and keep frozen until you are ready to cook them.
