Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black seeds
  • 3 tbsp dry milk(optinal)
  • 1/3 cup vigi oil
  • 1 1/3 cup yugort( you may naad less or more)
  • 1/2 kg ground beef
  • 1 large onion, shreded
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup shredded leek, the green part.
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tsp of each: dry coriander, black pepper and cumin
  • 1 sprimkle of nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp teheni(it's a paste of sessemi)
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

    preheat oven to 180c, down only.

    for the bread, combine the dry engrediants together
  3. 3
    add the oil and mix them with your fingers.

    add yugort slowly and mix them with your hands until it become smooth and soft.

    some of the dough stik on your hands but not too much.

    If it's stiking much just add little of flour.

    cover it well with plastic film or wet towel and leave it about an hour in a warm place

    now put little oil in a pan with onions and cook until it become gold.

    add the beef, spices and salt to the onions and crush them whikle cooking by spoon

    when finish cooking the beef add the greensand mix.

    leave it for 2min then put it in a bowl

    mix tihini and water then add them to the beef and mix

    when the dough is redy, put it in baking tray( i prefer pirex), and straten it by your oily hands.

    rise the ends up.

    leave the dough for 10 min.

    straten the beef mix on the dough, then cover little of the beef with the rised ends of dough.

    bake until it become golden brown.

    then brown the top.
