- 1/2 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup bran Unprocessed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Mix all ingredients together well.

2Place 1/3 cup (2 oz.) mixture in each of 16 muffin cups. Bake at 350F. until done, about 1 hour. Remove from muffin tins. Serve hot or cold.
