- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 1/2 pound hot italian sausages
- 1/2 cup onions minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sage dried
- 1 cup applesauce unsweetened
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup bran unprocessed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

2Mix all ingredients together well.

3Place 13 cup mixture in each of 16 muffin cups.

4Bake at 350F (180C).

5until done, about 1 hour.

6Remove from muffin tins.

7Serve hot or cold.
