Meat Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small jar chopped mushrooms
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large can Chef Boyardee spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (may use Ragu)
  • 1 large wide noodles

Directions

    Cook noodles according to directions.

    Set aside.

    Saute onions, bell pepper and meat.

    Add soup, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.

    Layer Pyrex baking dish with half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese.

    Repeat layer.

    Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350°.

    Be sure it is hot and bubbly.

    May use less cheese, if desired.
