- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 fresh tomato
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry chops until brown.

2Place in casserole dish.

3Over chop, place slices of onion, tomato and bell pepper.

4Sprinkle with rice.

5Mix soup and water; salt and pepper.

6Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
