- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 c. dried beef or ham, chopped fine
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- several dashes hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion or minced onion
- flaked parsley (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
Directions

1Cream softened cheese and mayonnaise.

2Add onion, horseradish and hot sauce.

3Take 3/4 cup of pecans and all of meat.

4Add to mixture.

5Sprinkle remainder of nuts and parsley over ball.

6Let set in refrigerator for several hours.
