- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 c. tomato juice
- bay leaf
- flour
- oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 can biscuits
Directions

1Dust cubes with seasoned flour.

2Brown in oil with onion.

3Add tomato juice, garlic and bay leaf.

4Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.

5Add more juice, if needed.

6Lay canned biscuits on top and cook until browned.
