  • 2 lb. beef cubes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • bay leaf
  • flour
  • oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 can biscuits

Directions

    Dust cubes with seasoned flour.

    Brown in oil with onion.

    Add tomato juice, garlic and bay leaf.

    Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.

    Add more juice, if needed.

    Lay canned biscuits on top and cook until browned.
