  • 4 lbs. hamburger
  • 2-3 c. bread cubes
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery flakes
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf, broken
  • Lowfat milk or possibly water, to mix

Directions

    If you like, the giblets, liver and heart of fowl may be put through food chopper and added to above ingredients.

    Mix hamburger and bread; add in Large eggs, onion and seasonings and sufficient lowfat milk or possibly water to create the consistency of a meat loaf.

    Put dressing into fowl and bake till fowl is done.
