- 14 pieces manicotti noodles
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Drain.

3Cool in a single layer on foil.

4Heat oven to 350°.

5In a large skillet, brown beef and sausage; drain fat.

6Stir together meat, 1 cup Mozzarella, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, oregano, salt and pepper.

7Fill each cooled pasta tube with 1/4 cup meat filling.

8Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

9Place filled pasta in dish.

10Cover with remaining sauce.

11Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and add additional Parmesan.

12Cover with foil.
-
13Bake for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
