- 2 to 5 lb. roast beef
- 2 big spoonfuls flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Chunk roast into 1-inch squares.

2Put chunks into good sized pot.

3Fill with water.

4Boil beef 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until beef is real tender.

5Prepare thickening in saucepan (flour, salt, pepper and enough warm water until thickened to medium consistency).

6Add to beef soup to make gravy.
