Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 3 slices diet bread or diet crackers
  • 1 c. V-8 juice or 1 small can
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.

    Press in loaf or Bundt pan.

    Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

    Remove from oven and drain off excess fat.
