- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 3 slices diet bread or diet crackers
- 1 c. V-8 juice or 1 small can
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.

2Press in loaf or Bundt pan.

3Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

4Remove from oven and drain off excess fat.
