  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • catsup

Directions

    Mix all except catsup together.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.

    Spread catsup on top and bake for about 10 minutes.
