Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 15 rolled Ritz crackers
- onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- salt and pepper, to taste
- green peppers, thinly sliced (optional)
- 5 potatoes, quartered
- 1 or 2 cans of green beans
Directions

1Mix hamburger, crackers, onion, eggs, salt and pepper and shape by hand.

2Cover with ketchup.

3If desired, place thin sliced pepper all over top to add flavor.

4Spray large roasting pan with cooking oil or Pam.

5Place meat loaf in center of pan.

6Put potatoes on one end of pan and green beans on the opposite end. Add about 1 inch of water.

7Bake at 350° to 375° for 60 to 75 minutes.
