  • 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 2/3 c. dried bread crumbs (fine)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • dash of Italian seasoning

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into loaf pan.

    Pat meat mixture down.

    Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.

    Occasionally drain off excess fat.
