- 4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Should make enough marinade for 4 to 6 steaks.

2Bring all liquid ingredients to a boil. Add salt and sugar a little at a time, making sure it dissolves.

3Put in the bay leaves. Simmer and pour hot over steaks.

4Refrigerate.

5The longer they soak, the better; best results 24 to 48 hours.
