- 1 pkg. fillo dough (at room temperature)
- 1 1/4 c. ground beef
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 egg mixture (1 egg mixed with 1/2 c. milk)
Directions

1Brown beef and then drain fat.

2Salt and pepper to taste. Melt margarine and put aside.

3Divide fillo package in half. Grease 13 x 9-inch pan and place first fillo sheet in pan and brush on margarine.

4Repeat until the first half is finished and then spread the beef mixture evenly.

5Repeat second half of fillo dough as done in the first half over the beef mixture.

6Cut into 3 to 3 1/2-inch squares.

7Take egg mixture and pour it over the tray.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
