- 1 lb. pork (shoulder) for 2 pies
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 c. water
- small onion
- 2 bottom and top pie crusts
Directions

1Fry onion in butter until golden.

2Put meat in pan and cook (do not fry) until white.

3Pour off if excess fat; must have some. Put bread crumbs and spices in and mix together.

4Divide into 2 pie crusts and cover with crust.

5Bake 1/2 hour in 400° oven.

6Can be made and frozen for future use.

7Just head in 350° oven until warm.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings per pie.
